My mother lived there. She fell & per doctors orders she had to go in to assisted living. They would not let her out of her lease & made her pay in full until the end of her lease. As a landlord myself with over 60 properties, I understand that she has a legal obligation, but anyone with a heart & conscious knows that sometimes there are circumstances that can not be avoided.
