Awful and unsafe! Doctor has to many patients and not enough time to the point she has to record everything because she will see so many people in a week she can't even call a patient back! It's a joke.
Dr.Rubio did a fantastic job, helping me understand my diagnosis and treatment.
Avoid this place. My girlfriend has been struggling with her RA for the last 3 months. These people lie there are no appointments available, they don't return calls. When you do finally get to talk to someone they tell you 3 different stories, tell you that you need to see her Primary or anyone else they can think of to send her.
My first impression and my last. I was sent an email with paperwork but I couldn't fill it out digitally so I went in to grab the NPPW before my appointment. I walked in to an empty lobby, heard a man talking around the corner and a girl came from around the corner and looked at me, and then walked away. I wasn't greeted nor asked why I was standing there, they have a bell but the employee looked right at me so I didn't feel the need to ding it. Had my first visit today and I was truly impressed. From scheduling my appointment to the front desk and the medical assistant, they were all very friendly and kind. Dr. Rubio was also very kind, patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. He explained more than I’ve ever known since I was diagnosed with RA 20 years ago. I highly recommend this office!
