Worst customer service ever with the exception of one of the tech guys. I wish I could give a negative star! Too bad there aren't services other than this one that my insurance covers.
6 weeks waiting for tech to deliver portable tank. Several service dates cancelled. Miscommunication, now they want to pick up concentrator.
Service with this company has been frustrating. Four scripts were written by cardiologists and primary doctor requesting a high flow concentrator. The first three scripts needed further information for medicare, but we or the doctors were not notified of the requirements. We had a script for an oxygen mask, and was told someone would contact the doctor for clarification but after two weeks have not heard from them. Phone calls are not returned.
