Tried to have a conversation with the owner about his equipment, I asked him if we needed to use a booster, he became very arrogant and insisted it was not called a booster. Which it is. (See photo) I said we're talking about the same thing... I'm a commercial electrician are you? He then started listing off his accreditations... I think he took this is a challenge of his intellect?
