Claim to charge me a late fee of $15 for returning rental same day, then took deposit because they said it was late as well! I don't recommend, try Tweetys, Hertz, or enterprise instead! And check engine lights on, on the cars I previously rented from here.
I rented a car here for my friend to take on vacation to Panama City, Florida because she needed a larger vehicle to carry her family. The whole purpose of renting this vehicle was for us to have peace of mind about her having safe and reliable transportation for this trip. Summit presented themselves as having a vehicle that met this important expectation and charged $1,500+ for a Chevy Tahoe for a 10-day period. This money was paid in good faith upfront, in cash.
