We worked with Summit a few years ago after a roof leak. There were parts that were great and we had regular communication from Alicia. However, the work fell short in a lot of ways. The drywall had to be redone multiple times and is still uneven (photo 1). I highly recommend Summit Construction and Restoration. Besides my satisfaction with the quality of the work regarding replacing flooring, carpentry work, plumbing and finishing work, the company was excellent with customer service. The employees were prompt in communication and followed through with questions in a polite manner. Employees showed up on time and left with the workplace cleaned up. Also, excellent sub contractors.

Summit was amazing! We had a washing machine hose come loose a couple weeks back creating a leak that went unnoticed till this last weekend. Nathan and his team were quick to show up and start getting things dried out. I really appreciated his communication and explanation of the process to restore our basement after things get dried out. Nathan and his team were friendly and worked quickly. Really happy with the process so far.
