We bought and sold our first house through Nic Williams at Summit. I have already left a great statement regarding how amazing the experience was. Since purchasing another house out of state, my husband and I have been discussing how DOWN RIGHT AMAZING HE WAS WITH THE HOME BUYING PROCESS. Do not hire Nic unless you are ready to be absolutely disgusted with any other realtor experience….ever.
Shelley was fantastically helpful through a long and difficult buying process. Quickly wrote up the offer that got us the second house we purchased after the first sellers had backed out on us!
