Super nice, responded quickly to texts, and made sure all our problems got fixed quickly! We had our hot water heater go out and within a day they sent someone to come fix it.
I've spoken with Ashley, twice, for Juneau rentals. It's very difficult to find housing in this town and it's important to find a professional realtor for assistance. Both times, the units were listed with Summit and both times, I've had to deal with her. My available hours were not 9-5 but I was able to meet with her at 5:30. She informed me that her personal time was too important to her and she could only meet with me during the week, 9-5. Competitive gas prices, propane tank filling station and a surprisingly handy convenience store. Great coffee too and priced reasonably. They also have clean, customer restrooms and friendly staff.
