This company has my home listed on Zillow and Redfin when I am not for sale or rent. i have reached out via call with voicemail answer only, a text message, email and through Facebook. I want my home removed immediately and get your correct addresses for homes you manage. This is incompetent and negligence. It has been two months now. If I can't reach them how do the Airbnb guest reach her?
My family and I rented a cabin on Airbnb through Summit and we had a wonderful experience. Holly and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Following our trip, I left my wedding ring at the property and Holly went out of her way to find the ring and mail it to my home. I could not be more grateful to her and her team. Very rude, lying and unprofessional service. Very bad experience with management of this company .
Holly C. cancelled my reservation for Christmas because she wanted to charge a higher price for the cabin I booked. How is that ethical? It’s as if I go into a store, purchase a product, finalize the sale THEN the business owner confiscates the product and give me a refund because they decided they sold me the product for too low a price.
