Awesome store!
Ridiculous that I have to show 3 proofs of purchase to pick up an order that I paid for !!!! My id , my receipt or card paid with, and my order number . When I show you my email with my order number and my name and my id that should be enough I shouldn’t have to go hunt down my Apple paid receipt !! Ridiculous and a waste of time !!! Will never buy online pick up on store again it’s a wack waste of time all for some lug nuts!!!! Then have to wait 15 mins for them !!
I have had multiple problems with summit in the past few years some they have taken care of some they have not this year while building a motor they have sold me the wrong parts and argued that they was the right ones cost me more money than it should've to fix the problem but proved them wrong the customer service is horrible you'll be on hold for ever the warranties if you finally get your motor going 10 after the 90 day warranty and you have a problem you have to call the supplier and deal will them after 30 plus years I'... read more
One of the best stores I've been with auto parts and equipment. They had from towels to full Nitro systems. Like candy shop for men. Amazing store.
