I ordered from summit for the first time, and they sent me faulty ignition coils. I ended up being out an extra $160 for a vehicle diagnostic and without a car for more than a week because of this. They at least refunded me, but I'm super disappointed for all of the trouble an no effort to go beyond just refunding me for a faulty product that caused so much trouble. Beware if you are buying something you are counting on.
Long time standing in line. Staff here are very helpful. Need more people to at the order desk. It seemed like when the line got longer, order personnel dissappear.
Not overly busy. Kind of expensive, but very friendly & fast customer service.
