The Dream
Always respectful, and very helpful. Never have had to return a part.
Be advised, they do not allow any one to pick up the products ordered online, unless you have a photo id, and the card used to purchase. I understand doing this for security reasons, but this is not stated ANYWHERE, until AFTER you pay for it. Had this been stated before hand, at any point during the checkout, this could have been gone seemless and been a great experience, but here we are. I would suggest adding a text box under the retail pickup tab during the check out process stating this.
