There aren't enough bad words to describe these Slum Lords. The way they treat their tenants is criminal. Their properties are dangerous and in criminal shape. The house we live in has a termite infestation. Rotting door frames, rotting doors, rotting window frames. There's a wall in the bathroom completely rotted out and black mold everywhere.
