When I originally connected with Summit everyone was great and I was really happy to be working with them on renting one of their properties. However as the deal progressed non-refundable pet fees were put into the lease that I was not willing to pay. I asked for a refund of my fees because I would have never applied for the house had they told me this upfront and they refused to refund my fees so at this point I am out $120 and I am not moving into my dream house!
Excellent service. Always there to help whenever I call. Very easy to work with. I would recommend Summit to anyone looking for a good property management company. The girls in the office are fantastic!
