I have worked with Summit properties successfully (Theresa Hite & Karen) for years. However since Tiffany Capdeville has stepped into managing the HOA the quality of service and professionalism have substantially declined. On another note I have referred Will Hite and my clients have been very happy with the rental side of the company. I would NOT recommend them for any HOA management services/contracts.

I have been renting from summit properties since 2005..we have never been late on our rent and never had any major problems..other then had to deal with other bad tenants that I felt that got away with too much before finally getting evicted and there still breaking the rules there still giving them breaks by extending there move out date. VERY FRUSTRATING
Do not have any business dealings with this company. They do not care about their tenants. They feel that its proper to make potential tenant bid to get a rental home. After you have qualified for a rental home and you have given them a move in date, they do not take the listing off. They continue to shop to find someone who will move in a day or two before you will so they can collect more rent.
