Lived at their Bow NH property for 2 years too long. Deceptive, poor communication and very poor customer service.
Since I've lived at Cedars in Queensbury, NY my bill is consistently wrong. I've been fighting with Kelly for 8 months now; about a money order that she says was not cashed by the bank. I wrote to Western Union and they sent me a letter stating that the money order for $325 has been cashed. Even with this evidence Kelly insists that I still owe the rent for May of 2023. Only visited briefly, but appears to be an upscale, well-maintained, independent senior residence.
Wish I could give negative stars for this awful company that owned my apartment complex for multiple years and took people's rents and the money from the state and promised for years that renovations were coming made us live in shitty ass apartments never fixing anything surrounded by dog urine and feces because you couldn't hire office managers that could handle the job or give a crap about the people's children that had to play outside which dog feces and the scent of urine everywhere you go smacks you in the face. My father passed away and this company is trying to make me pay the remaining amount for his lease. He had no executive of estate nor is my name on lease contract. I got a letter in the mail for rights and responsibilities they want me to sign as if he left on his own terms. Definitely not legal in the state and has violated the 14 day return policy of deposit from the date of his death.
