I have to change my review and rating due to a misunderstood and lack of information. The damage was fixed and I want to rectify and clarify that Jeison and Amanda have been diligent and committed to the well-being of the residents. No remediation process till now.
There are several issues in our building, including bad smells, dirt, and dust. There is a persistent bad odor in the elevator and the wallpaper and carpet in the hallways are excessively dirty and damaged. you had promised to replace them but have not done so yet. Additionally, the laundry room and gym are not clean.
I recently had maintenance work done in my apartment At 700 Horizon Drive , and unfortunately, the service was not up to standard. I had requested repairs for a broken kitchen drawer and a damaged carpet rail in the hallway. While maintenance did come to address the issues, the work was not completed properly. The kitchen drawer still has problems, and instead of replacing the carpet rail, they simply removed it and did not install a new one.
