700 Horizon Drive Deeply appreciate Barry and Gavin, who work tirelessly to make this place feel like a home. My beef is with Summit, after living here for eight years, and seeing the decline. The real reason that my frustration and tolerance have been pushed to the point of writing this negative review is a final act of disrespect and harassment which is now being handled by the courts. - Elevators: consistently broken, often only one in use. 740 Proudfoot. Nothing but constant issues. Leaking kitchen faucet never stops. The cost of living here is not worth staying.Time to look elsewhere
