This place has seriously gone downhill recently. I’ve been coming here for my entire life, and I used to love my provider. After switching over to Dawn, every appointment is about my weight and exercising and dieting. I recently went back in June for a severe pain I was having in my leg since March, and was told that it was because I was finally exercising and I had a lot of weight I was putting on it. I have been going here for years. In the beginning it was Cumberland valley family physicians, was a great place and then it was taken over by Summit, and now Wellspan. Use to be able.to get same day sick appointments, now u are lucky to get in to be seen. Very few MD, most are CNRP. Will only prescribe antidepressants for everything. Horrible place now. Currently looking for something not Wellspan related.
I have always received wonderful care here. I’ve been going to this doctors office since I was a baby. All of the past doctors and current ones, including Physician assistants and staff have been wonderful to me. The staff are all very patient, kind and have caring hearts, you never feel rushed and you leave feeling like you were well cared for.
Dr. Joy is HORRIBLE. I know Dr Charlesworth retired but oh my gosh I have never met somebody so inconsiderate and nasty. Hateful person. She doesn’t care about your needs as a patient. I need refills on medicine and she says wait until my next appointment. This is NOT okay. Wait until I have a new evaluation done by an ACTUAL caring doctor before changing and stopping my medication. That’s not fair to me when I’ve been prescribed this for years.
Great Staff. Very professional. Great selection on Doctors and Nurse Practitioners. Very Clean and Organized.
