Been a patient here since Dr. Kramer went there. Since he left and they moved to other building they have went from 4-5 stars to 1. No one cares about anything but paying your bill. So over this place
I have no idea who to address this to but I will start at the beggining. 1. I Have Medicare Advantage Pat A & B 2. I have Tricare for Life - Retired Military 3. I have Humanna Advantage Plan I was told that WellSpan does not take Humanna anymore they are in dispute or "trying" to renegotiate the contract. I was not allowed to go see the doctor I wanted, why would they not bill Medicare-then Tircare. They said I could not pay out of pocket either it casues issus for them and they did not like to go that route. It's really dis... read more
Im just confused. I've been referred out to like 4 or 5 specialists. I've yet to find out my im in pain. The most recent one they made me wait weeks and rescheduled me last minute to a doctor who doesn't even treat the type of injury I have. Then referred me to a new doctor. My question is why am I paying for that appointment ?
