Place has gone to shit ever since Wellspan bought it. Website is so busted trying to schedule an appointment doesn't even work.
After my experience w/this facility I would not even take my dog there to be treated!
Norland family practice has provided excellent care for my 91 year old mother during the past 8 years. The staff is helpful and friendly. The nurse practitioners have all been very knowledgeable. Danielle Hull is excellent.
I’ve never had an issue and I’m always treated kindly by everyone.The front staff deals with a lot. So I don’t really care if their happiness isn’t a ten on the scale all of the time. My one negative is that it’s a long wait when calling. Always. Don’t always feel like using the PORTAL! Sometimes human interaction is best.
