About this business

With over 7,000 acres of pristine terrain, we are a one of a kind winter adventure resort you have to experience to believe. Powder Mountain is renown for it's incredible powder skiing, 100% natural corduroys and the best cat skiing and heli skiing terrain around. With a throwback family feel and two acres per skier/rider, the slopes are never overcrowded. Known to locals as Pow Mow, this mountain provides a variety of terrain and opportunities for your first time on the slope grom, to the expert cliff dropping ripper.

Average snow, slow lifts, low slope angles and a horrible customer/ employee interaction at the bottom of the Mary’s Bowl lift. Thanks R.J. for flexing your COVID “muscle” and ruining today’s reunion experience. Please remember that guidelines are not rules and asking people to follow them can be done politely without stopping a lift and being rude about it. If coming back in another 30 years crosses my mind, I’ll make sure to remember today, and find somewhere better to ski.

This resort fired an employee for calling out racism and sexism in the workplace. Clearly this shows where their values lie. I will never give my money to this resort!

Could be a great place to ski but if you're looking for a spot that you know treats their employees well, this is not the place. Having folks speak up when expressing concern of COVID safety, calling out racism in the industry, using their voice to prevent the continued BS that goes on behind the scenes. To only be laughed at and then fired. Getting pretty sick of hearing these stories throughout the ski industry and Powder Mountain doesn't prove to be any different than the rest.
