This is my second home constructed by John Halbing and Summit Pointe builders I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the quality of craftsmanship!!!! Every person that has visited our new home in Saddle Ridge raves about the interior and exterior of our home !! I highly recommend John Halbing!!
Horrible business practices! Whether you are building a home or your home is near where he plans on building, be cautious dealing with this builder. In my case his poor building practices and multiple write-ups from the local county conservation office resulted in flooding and damages on my property. In the case of a new home he built in 2015, he went back and knocked on the door of a new construction he built a full 3 years prior and had some equipment rip up their yard to install the drainage systems he was supposed to put... read more
