Jessica was amazing! She was so patient as she answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure that we had peace of mind moving from out of state. We are ecstatic to start our next chapter here!
I’ve been living here since April. I really loved this place at first and now not so much. Between the yard people leaving my gate wide open so my dogs could escape, having a random walking around in my back yard and now i got home to the only tree in my backyard being gone! I live on the road by the dumpster(smells gross all the time) and now i can see all of my neighbors and all of my neighbors can see into my backyard. I absolutely love it here!! Jessica is so helpful and makes sure i am taken care of with everything i need. I feel very safe here and it’s quiet and everyone is really friendly! I highly recommended Summit Pointe!
Summit Pointe was such a peaceful place to live at. The neighbors and neighborhood is very friendly and everyone looks out for each other. It's a quiet area that allowed me so many wonderful mornings of walking around the complex and enjoying my coffee on my back deck out looking the wood lines Management goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of and happy in your home.
