We love summit pointe! The property is nice and it’s an awesome place to live. Jessica is also amazing!!

I love living here. The office staff are great. MAINTENANCE is wonderful. Neighbors are very friendly and kind.
We just moved in to one of the apartments. It is SO spacious! The community feels very safe, and the neighbors we have met so far have been very nice. Management has been a DREAM to work with too. Jessica is so kind and wildly helpful - and the fastest communicator of anywhere we have ever rented. Miguel has worked so hard to update the apartment from the previous long-term tenant. We feel really excited and blessed to live here!
