Summit Pointe Apartments are LOVELY! My fiance, Paul and I have been here, moved in for about 2 weeks, and we are VERY HAPPY! The Manager, Tom and Linda have been nothing, but EXTRAORDINARY with all of our questions and concerns. The maintenance team is also VERY GREAT! We sold our home and were so nervous about apartment living, but knowing we have Tom, Linda and the wonderful maintenance team, we are very calm and happy. Do not move here. They will advertise to you renovated apartments and will give you an apartment with cheap materials. Cheap materials that will constantly have you putting in work orders that don’t offer a permanent solution. Many of the apartments need serious updates and they don’t have enough maintenance people for the entire apartment community. I am writing to express my experience living in this apartment complex, and to be completely honest, it has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. This place does not look anything like the pictures that were advertised online. What was shown seemed clean, updated, and well-maintained, but the reality is the complete opposite. Tom and Linda made this community feel like home from the tour alone. They were responsive during the application process, kept us updated, and made move-in day smooth. They were incredibly patient, always taking the time to answer our questions without making us feel rushed, and their great sense of humor made the whole process genuinely enjoyable. Our apartment is quiet, well-kept, and exactly what we were hoping for. We really appreciate how supportive they’ve been.
