Best maintenance i ever experienced!
Changing my rating after living here 10 years now. Place is falling apart. Rent continued to raise even when other places had put ahold on rent during covid. Cannot keep property managers or maintenance. The quality of people being rented to has diminished greatly. Buildings smell like weed, cigarettes, and old trash. I would not recommend renting here, looking to get out eventually.
I’ve lived here for 3 years now. This place has its pros and cons. Although I won’t talk badly about a place online as long as they want to make amends in a more private setting, this place isn’t the best it could be, but it’s a whole lot better than the surrounding complexes in this county. They aren’t the greatest at picking staff, such as management, and are very bad about being responsive and scheduling things that require entry into people’s HOMES. I don't know who owner is, but for 3 months they've had now leasing out front. My sister has been calling and calling, no one will return her calls. I noticed on the reviews the owner only responds to good reviews and nothing on bad reviews. I'm trying to get my sister close to me so I can help take care of her and this was the closest place that said renting. Looks like they could use a new manager.
I don't know how they get renters. No one answers the phone or emails! How can you do business like this?
