If I could this apartment complex would get 0/0 starts from me no recommendations what so ever....the apartment manger Nicole is worthless she's always trying to fight and argue with Resident I see them driving and picking Marijuana and coke spots to do drugs. They hardly we never do their job. This place is a Finesse . always Robberies killings,fights that lead to drive bys. This is my second time living here I love it it's affordable and convenient I really enjoy seeing the staff they are so friendly and helpful .if you're looking for a nice affordable apartment Summit Pointe is definitely the place ♥️♥️
I have talk to management about my review 3 months ago. I did not realize i gave it a 1 star rateing. I maintain my concerns still concerend but i rate it a 3.5 i was not pressured into changing my rating it got issures but 1 was not my intention i just think right is right wrong is wrong.
