Ms. Courtney was amazing. She answered every question that I had (there were a lot), alleviated a lot of fears and assured me that my son and I would be safe in their propeties. I truly appreciate her kindness and effort during this process. This industry could use a lot more people like her.
I couldn't believe they showed me the filthiest apartment. I couldn't believe they actually let somebody live there and not clean their apartment it was filthy I cannot believe they showed it to me as a potential place of residence before checking it to make sure it was clean at least. That turn me off to the whole apartment complex. What a dump!
If there was zero, I will rate it. Management showing up in your room without appointment not considering privacy or covid19 rules, sometimes some of them without a mask. Very rude manager that doesn’t understand concerns resolutions without being emotional. Electricity bill ranges from 140 in winter- 70 in summer even when not maximally used. Takes time for things to be fixed or it’s never fixed at all.
