Ms. Courtney was amazing. She answered every question that I had (there were a lot), alleviated a lot of fears and assured me that my son and I would be safe in their propeties. I truly appreciate her kindness and effort during this process. This industry could use a lot more people like her.Â
I couldn't believe they showed me the filthiest apartment. I couldn't believe they actually let somebody live there and not clean their apartment it was filthy I cannot believe they showed it to me as a potential place of residence before checking it to make sure it was clean at least. That turn me off to the whole apartment complex. What a dump!Â
If there was zero, I will rate it. Management showing up in your room without appointment not considering privacy or covid19 rules, sometimes some of them without a mask. Very rude manager that doesn’t understand concerns resolutions without being emotional. Electricity bill ranges from 140 in winter- 70 in summer even when not maximally used. Takes time for things to be fixed or it’s never fixed at all.Â
We have secured doors at sargent, but guess what, your able to pull the door open without your key. Not making it very safe living there. We get a bunch of strange people in this place. Not to mention hallways are horrible. Otherwise been okay to live. Been here for 3 yrs.Â
Refused to fix a leaking window that led to a moldy window sill that caused me to be hospitalized. Only tried to make arrangements to repair the problem once I refused to renew my lease and informed them I was moving out. Now is demanding I pay them for that window sill and still harassing me with phone calls 3 years after I've moved out and had told me I was getting my deposit back, which I have the move out papers saying the apartment was acceptable when I handed over my keys.
