A one star review, is one star too many! We waited three weeks for Summit plumbing to give us a quote for a gas repair leak. Never received a quote, just a million excuses that were fabricated ie. “Couldn’t access the area” (no locks on the basement door), or “Couldn’t access under the neighbor’s unit” (we cut the lock off) or “The paperwork will be sent to the office Friday” (it’s Monday). I emailed Summit Plumbing via Summit’s web site asking them to provide a quote for a project and never heard back. I called them and left a message with their receptionist asking them to provide a quote for a project and never heard back. If they can’t respond to customers trying to give them business, I’m not certain what one could expect if you contract with them. Beware….

Both the dispatcher (Mary) and the plumber (Dave) were extremely responsive and accommodating as I waited for my home warranty to approve replacing my failed water heater. When it was finally approved, they made sure to complete the job as fast as possible.
