Bought this 2021 Kia Seltos in Sept 2024 .someone turned their lease in .. 🤔 1 month after purchasing it I had problems.. I was having issues while driving . Checked my oil & it was empty . Nowhere near the time to get an oil change . Took it to service. Said oil ring was cracked. Tried to make me pay for an oil change . Purchased two brand new cars here in six months but then when it’s time to come to the service side of the business, it’s completely horrible. It’s the worst you could ever imagine. Service Manager‘s rude screams at you gets in your face call back for our second car that needs wheel alignment and the tires balance cause they came unbalanced in the car vibrates like a blender was told that they need the vehicle for up to 48 hours to be able to do something that every other Shop and Service Center can do in 45 minutes to an ho... read more

Garrett is the best salesman this dealership could have, Changing my review to 1 star due to the inadequacy of this service department then when I approached the service department manager he decided to start yelling at me and told me to sit down! Do better ! Leased two vehicles in the last 6 months will never return
