I bought a 2025 kia k4 and I needed a co-signer. My friend signed with me and I told my salesperson the only way would buy the car is if the loan was me as the main person and my friend as the co-signer, and he agreed it would be that way. I got approved, and they supposedly had me listed as the main person with my friend as the co-signer. Ongoing Saga Dealership has a $180 diagnostic fee that will only be waived if the dealership does the repairs or the repair is covered under warranty. They make sure they tell you this before you bring the vehicle in because they obviously want to be in some part paid MORE than what Kia pays them to do warranty work. This is an issue because I've read lots of reviews from people who have gone to this dealership and the technicians NOT finding the issue, or not being able to reproduce the issue if it is a sporadic occurrence.... read more
