Bryan is the guy to see for a new vehicle! It was a great experience from start to finish. He is professional, courteous and honest. I had a few scenarios of down payment options I was working through and he was quick to respond and operated with patience the entire time. Even when he was swamped on a Saturday. I really appreciate this buying experience and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.
Bought a car here maybe 6 months ago already having tons of issues....the second day I had it the fuel door wouldn't open apparently it was broken when I bought it....buyer beware they sold me a money pit got recall fixed now the dealership wants $200 to tell me what is wrong with the car..they only respond to good reviews.. UPSATE: THE CAR I JUST BOUGHT 7 MONTHS AGO NEEDS A NEW ENGINE... IF YOU GO HERE TAKE A MECHANIC AND LOOK AT EVERY INCH OF THE CAR HAVE THEM CHECK EVERY WIRE EVERY HARNESS CHECK EVERYTHING!!!
Leased a Kia Forte from this dealership in 2021. Finally coming around the writing the review because I can’t forget about what happened. I went through the sales process with Chris Mann. Use to be happy with the service. But last service was a joke. Told me they fixed things that was not fixed. Was told I would get a phone call over a month ago to have it resolved..... STILL NO PHONE CALL. Was looking at getting a new vehicle, but I have now changed my mind I will go elsewhere to look.
Outstanding sales experience and dedication to making me completely satisfied with the vehicle I chose. I look forward to maintaining my Sportage Hybrid with their service center.
