WORST PLACE TO LIVE DO NOT MOVE HERE first off there’s never parking for residents it’s always packed . and in the lease they don’t inform you about noise they make sure to take you on tours of the place in the early day when everyone is at work so you can’t see how it really is I’ve been here for some time and the noise I hear is absolutely ridiculous the courtesy hours here are at 9PM but residents will be loud all through out the night and the biggest problems is when you bring it up the the manager in the office she acts... read more
My experience has been great.
If you are considering renting an apartment here, DO NOT expect to get your deposit back!!!!!. Also, if you are renting and about to move out, don't bother to clean the place up. They will make up anything they can to make sure you don't get it back. It a gimme! I rented an apartment here for my daughter and grandson for one year. On Christmas Eve, the apartment flooded due to a frozen water pipe in the bathroom. Not the worst place to live. Staff is pretty nice & grounds stay generally clean. Biggest gripe is the trash service that doesn’t show up half the time. Residents on upper floors hang bird feeders on their porch which just rains birdseed down at the people below. Brought the issue up to staff multiple times over the past 2 months & it still covers my porch every day. Aside from those two issues, & our pool/gym likely never opening at all, decent.
