Would not recommend moving here for multiple reasons. First, the ceiling and walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors talking with constant, infiltrating and insufferable noises day and night sometimes until 2-3 am. I’ve sent multiple emails with videos of neighbors stomping and running at 1-2 in the morning while I’m unable to sleep and the office does nothing. Second, trash pickup happens maybe 50-60% of the time while we still pay monthly fees with me just having to take it myself. Management has done nothing with the... read more
Lived here for a year- my experience was great! Staff cares about keeping everything maintained and I have nothing but kind things to say about the office staff and maintenance staff. I loved how lively the community was and how friendly my neighbors were. (Upstairs neighbor was a little loud, though.) Overall this place is beautiful, clean, and cozy. Staff was always willing to help with any concerns. Thankful to have called this place home even for just a short time.
WORST PLACE TO LIVE DO NOT MOVE HERE first off there’s never parking for residents it’s always packed . and in the lease they don’t inform you about noise they make sure to take you on tours of the place in the early day when everyone is at work so you can’t see how it really is I’ve been here for some time and the noise I hear is absolutely ridiculous the courtesy hours here are at 9PM but residents will be loud all through out the night and the biggest problems is when you bring it up the the manager in the office she acts... read more
