SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. WARNING: STERLING KARAMAR DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY OR WELL BEING AS A TENANT. I have lived at the Richelieu (managed by Sterling Karamar, just as this building is) for about 2.5 years and the entire time I have lived in an unsafe unit. Management has refused to fix broken sink, broken floor boards, floor missing completely missing wood or tiling, broken closet, rusted tub/sink, various fire hazards and WORST of all black mold infestation.
