Bad the worst experience ever there was so many cockroaches and rats
These are our kitchen cabinets. It’s really unfortunate that we have to live in such a miserable place. The place is extremely filthy, infested with cockroaches and rats. The kitchen cabinets are rotten, and the hallways, laundry room, and garage all have a disgusting smell from the dirtiness.
I have been complaining about the top neighbours every year to the building office regarding the pouring of water from ac into my balcony. I have two kids one infant. I cannot let my kids sit in the balcony due to this people pouring water into our balcony. It is so frustrating. We have been complaining about this every year and have also spoken to the family above. They lie that it is from top floor. they dont have a mailing room , so why bother
I would go lower if I could. Totally unsafe and rotten with the hooligans hanging around the basketball court. No effort whatsoever from the management to deter or discourage them. It's so bad we have to be scared to stand in our own balcony because you never know when/ how these " kids" are going to come at you. This is something that is going to boil over and become an incident unless taken care of properly.
