My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Nitika Goyal for many years. Dr. Goyal is not only a skilled periodontist but she is also a wonderful, caring person who engages with her patients in a truly kind and attentive manner. I recently had a situation which required Priscilla (office manager) to fit me in very last minute so that Dr. Goyal could perform surgery on me. Dr. Goyal is the best. From the minute I walked into her office filled with apprehension and concern about having to have a tooth pulled and and implant installed, through the months-long process culminating with an implant and a shiny new crown, Dr. Goyal calmed every jitter, fully explained each step and did it all with minimal discomfort. I'm talking minimal. I can't recommend her talents enough.
From my initial call to the office to the follow up after my procedure, Summit Periodontics was amazing! Priscilla the office manager was so kind and thorough when I called to make my first appointment. She explained everything I needed to know about the appointment and the insurance. I have been going to Dr Goyal for many years and I thank Dr Goyal and her staff for being consistently excellent. The office is run professionally and they are also caring and thoughtful. Diana does a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth every time and Priscella ,whether at the front desk or assisting Dr Goyal, is always at her best. Dr Goyal is an excellent periodontist.
