Review Title: Not "Affordable"—Just Expensive and Toxic "I am writing this to share my experience with the so-called 'affordable' housing market in Bend, specifically regarding Summit Park Apartments. After looking into these units, it is clear that the term 'affordable' is being used very loosely. Regular disturbances in the evening hours; regular police presence. Highly unsanitary premises and community laundry. Very old buildings. No real help or adequate communication from landlord who is Cascade Property Management.
Cops showed up for a cardiac arrest but other then that its been good
