I used to reside at 4591 NW 19th St Apt 412 in Lauderhill, FL for 4 years. When I first move in, they were working with their tenants to where we were able to pay the rent at the end of the month. They recently just change over to some company by the name of Bowery Properties, but the complex is still under Windward Vista. This company have informed us that we could still pay our rent by the 30th of each month including the late fees and I was doing just that. I just want to say I’ve been here only for a month now and I’m being charged 175 for trash that I didn’t know what was not acceptable on front cause I wasn’t given the paper when I first moved in now you guys want to give me a paper and keep the fine on my account it’s crazy not even a warning just a fine so quick and this another when people move in you suppose to hand them their house key and mails box key I only got my house key and then after a month you guys give me my mail box key and also how you guys are gonna close ... read more
