The playground is never open I see kids hop the gate and get hurt they really need to open the gate for the playground
Trash is not getting picked up and it's accumulating for days in the hallways. Yet they keep charging for the service.
At first they was wonderful but they put me in for an eviction when I didn’t have one and make me pay 1085 for ware and tare for paint in the tub so I have a problem with that now nobody in the office will answer the phones
Kiaira Butler made my move in process smooth as possible. I had visited several communities when looking for an apartment but Kiara by far was the best leasing consultant. She reassured me that my application process was going to smooth and it was. When you visit this community ask for Kiara 👍🏾
This place is trash ..Staff don't care ..there are people that piss in the stair way. It never gets attended to elevators be sticking with people inside ..homeless people sleep in the laundry room.. sometimes their phones number doesn't work in needs of emergency
