I went in the end of 2025. Extremely painful shots and at the end, after several weeks, they supposedly did an ablation on the nerves in my back. It is 6+ weeks since and I am in extreme pain. So I paid a $1200 copay for them to put me in MORE pain than I've ever had in my back. Huge mistake! Avoid this place for sure.

After reading most of the reviews from the past year I was hesitant on even going to my first appointment. I suffer from Crohn’s Disease, anxiety attacks, depression, arthritis (from Crohn’s), anemia, a severe vitamin D deficiency from Crohn’s, overall bones pain and muscle loss from not being able to eat due to pain. This was my latest and FINAL experience with Summit. This is the email I sent to Daniel Roth, the Director of Operations. I have yet to receive a response back from anyone. I live with chronic pain from nerve damage to my spine but I'd rather die than have these little girls roll their eyes at my pain and treat me like a drug addict if I forget to bring my meds.
