My doctor Mary is an awesome doctor. She always listens to me. I always get the time that I need for my schedule. It's not a long wait. I'm in and out of there my medicine is directed towards the care I need and I never have issues. Great office. The last five years have been quite miserable for me. I was found folded in half paralyzed for my waist down. I think, they have great doctors and staff and I'm very happy with this pain management center.
I met with Dr. Sidel for about 45 minutes, and he explained everything so clearly and thoroughly that I finally understood what was going on with my back. He was incredibly compassionate and honest. His main focus was improving my quality of life, and I really appreciated that he was straightforward about what medicine can and cannot fix. That level of honesty builds a lot of trust. I've had horrible experiences with pain management in the past , But with my new diagnosis I had to get on pain medication or live in excruciating pain. All of the providers at this office have made me feel seen and heard and like they really genuinely care about me as a patient . They are so busy and yet with every appointment, they take the time to talk to me and together come up with a plan. There is one particular young lady that went above and beyond for me. I went in the end of 2025. Extremely painful shots and at the end, after several weeks, they supposedly did an ablation on the nerves in my back. It is 6+ weeks since and I am in extreme pain. So I paid a $1200 copay for them to put me in MORE pain than I've ever had in my back. Huge mistake! Avoid this place for sure.
