My pain doctor retired last December I have multiple sclerosis I have hardware in my neck and lower spine issues, diabetes and neuropathy, carpal tunnel, complex migraines and a few other things. We had started looking for a new pain management to doctor last November and no avail I could not find anybody in my area at all that would treat an MS patient. The Dr's here are carefully working with me and I'm heard. I trust their judgment more because they explain exactly what I am going through and why! Dr's WHO COMPREHEND PAIN AND UNDERSTAND PAIN MANAGEMENT. 🫶🫡🥳
Be here 5 plus years and if your a pain seeker definitely not the place for you. They are extremely strict on protocols and expectations. They are extremely professional in all aspects because our wonderful government requires it and the always have your paperwork in order to prove they aren't abusing the system. If your legit then follow the expectations set out and you will see that this is a great place for pain management.
They are probably the rudest people I have ever met. Not a smile, half smile, not a good morning, genuinely looked like it was inconvenient for us to be here. Hospitality does go a long way. I know everyone can have a bad day, but there wasn’t a single person out of the three at any visit that I’ve attended that was kind or showed any hospitality.
Horrible bedside manners. Couldn't help relieve my pain and I felt like they just gave up trying. Treated me like i was just looking for pain meds when all I wanna do is provide for my family. I do not recommend
