I had to cancel my appointment due to our vehicle breaking down. I was forced to find a way into the office for a mandatory pill count and urine test or they were going to drop me as a client! I have never been so humiliated in my life!! I always take my meds to appts. The nurse made me feel like a drug user and wouldn't even address problem with the wrong dosage of lidocaine patches being ordered! I had to call the main office to deal with the problem because she refuses to. Don't go to this office!!!
