I'm seriously torn apart about this clinic. I've chosen this as my homemade for medical needs, because I'm only five minutes away and at present I have an overabundance of medical issues which constantly need addressing. However, it saddens me to say, that it's kind of a catch-as-catch-can situation on the type of care one receives here. Short wait time. Excellent care
When your hours indicate you are open until 5:30 PM and people arrive at 4:30 PM and all of your staff is literally just standing around chatting about what they did over the weekend, or do once off work, and turning patients away after 4:00 PM, everyone should be fired. No reason to not be accepting patients with an hour, or even an hour and a half before closing, especially when they should be relatively quick checks of patients as more serious things go across the street to Urgent Care or Emergency Room.
They're very welcoming when you need to be seen on a same day appointment
