went to summit in Lincoln city while i was on vacation. had an issue with my prosthetic, called them got me in within an hour. Steve did some tweaking to my socket and made me a small riser, got me back on my feet again so I can continue with my vacation. Steve and the staff was amazing and so nice wish they were in the Spokane area.

I had my initial appointment; they said insurance accepted the claim, 3 months (!) later I got a call saying I owed $450 before they could START. I had been expecting a call to pick up my devices. Now my insurance states I only owed them $95, but they sure haven’t called to offer my refund. I am now faced with contacting them to demand the refund of a $355 overpayment. This has added a lot of stress to an already stressful injury. Avoid at all costs; seem to be running a scam.

Even when I wasn’t a great client, Kathy and Steve were fair and respectful to me. Thank you.
