The receptionist is cold no good morning no eye contact almost as if she is mad you are here not a great feeling at a doctors office when im already nervous about being here
Arrived to complete a DOT physical. The staff there were pretty nice except for one of the staff members who was an older, fluffy Caucasian lady with shoulder length crinkled hair, and noticeably overweight who walked hunched and slouched over appearing as though her knees hurt. This staff member blatantly rudely interrupted my session with the nurse and stood there talking while the nurse was getting my height and weight.
