For me it's like ground hog day I've done this many times before the staff and Dr are always great helping me with my pain.
Dr Ekstrom and his team are exceptional when it comes to treating my back and neck issues. They are professional, polite and knowledgeable about what they are doing. They are always willing to explain the next step and have never pushed their opinions, they’ve always explained the process and the pros and cons of the procedures as well as giving all the options available and allowing me, the patient, decide what I want to do. I’m so grateful for all Dr Ekstrom has done for me so far. Thank you Dr E and Team !!
Explained details throughly in terms that I could understand
I was very impressed w/ u'all getting me in for help within a week of my request.... Alina specialist was booked 3 months ahead and after a month of waiting, I was told he'd not b available on that date because he needed to take some time off....Now I'm waiting again however for another specialist recommended by your specialist (another $50 copay) which is beginning to freak me out....
