Dr. Drogt, performed a total hip replacement at Summit Orthopedics Vadnais Heights location August, 2021. My preop appointments were punctual and he and his care team were professional and thorough. I received information about my condition propose surgery and explanations regarding preop, surgery and postop expectations. I have been having hip problems for a long time. I used to get shots for bursitis all the time. Finally the doctor did an mri and said my bursa sacs were perfect and it was the end of the line for the shots. He sent me to physical therapy and it didn’t help. I’ve been living with it. My dermatologist talked me into trying summit. I went in the doctor said my last mri showed I have dead hip bone. He took an x-ray which didn’t show anything.
