I waited for months and made it through numerous insurmountable barriers. I was told by Dr Kravits to go have a hip replacement when I needed spine surgery per numerous other doctors. The staff unplugged the computer in my consult room and told me they couldn't access my files. Another doctor entered my room and plugged the computer in and called the nurse on her behavior. Dr. Kravetz, Sara Thronburg, and Haylee have been a pivotal team in the healing of my back. I am so impressed with the patient centered care they provided to me. My back is finally healing and I can’t thank everybody enough at this clinic. My fusion was minimally invasive and I am so so glad I got it done at 32 instead of waiting till I was 50 like expecting.
