Dr. Sasaura replaced my hip nearly a year ago. I cannot find one thing to complain about. I am very satisfied with the level of care I received and everyone in the office and the hospital we're unbelievably kind and caring. When it's time to do my other hip, I'll definitely go back to Summit.
I love Dr Greene. He's great. However, the receptionist/office worker that is referred to as "rude" in other reviews denied me access to Dr Greene today at my appointment. It was a second opinion and I did a great deal of work and coordination with UCD and United Healthcare to get the appointment. I waited months and then was denied by this rude young lady.
