Uncaring and unprofessional. I met Dr Madey for the first time AT SURGERY, he never bothered to meet me beforehand, and I have had a massive increase in hand pain after the surgery. I had to specifically ask for him to see me (not his PA) a few months after surgery and asked about the increase in pain and his answer was "yeah I don't know what it could be." I'm so frustrated, I live almost an hour away and despite 4-5 pre-op visits (hours of driving), an x-ray, an MRI, and an expensive surgery bill, I have to actually ask sp... read more
Extremely Disappointing and Dismissive Experience – Would Not Recommend I came to Summit Orthopedics in desperate need of help, scared and stressed. As a college student away from home, I was dealing with months of worsening wrist pain and limited mobility. Despite my circumstances, this clinic offered no flexibility with appointments, very limited callbacks, and no effort to accommodate my situation.
