Staff was friendly all around. We arrived earlier than needed to but we're called 5 min after the appointment time. Needed xrays and there was a bit of a wait. Not too bad. Provider made a plan but it was the same as a Google search. Left with a prescription and referral. I pay an arm and a leg for this crappy Healthcare system that basically consists of referral after referral after referral. Not the providers fault and unfortunately part of the blood sucking bureaucratic nightmare

I went in about having a Ganglion cyst removed from my finger. I had to go in for the xray and an initial consultation. At the end of it, I was told I would need to have another appointment with the surgeon. I was handed a slip of paper to give to the front desk to schedule the appointment. I was told the surgeon's PA would call me back to schedule. At this point, I am thinking this is not a very efficient practice. Paper slips? A week goes by and no call.
