I wish I didn't have to come back here for follow ups. I really needed paperwork in by a certain time but couldn't chase down the doctor to do it. They failed to tell me they couldn't fill it out until they saw me in office, which isn't until next week. I have been seen there by the another surgeon as I had surgery on my wrist and hip last month.
