This Place Has The Worst Water System, The Water Makes Your Skin Breakout With A Rash,, And Let Me Tell You About The Mold That Appears In The Windows.. They Tell You It's Your Responsibility To Keep The Windows Clean Of The Mold That Should Not Be Accumulating In The First Place. And Lastly.. The Walls Are So Thin, You Could Hear All The Next Door And Up Stair Neighbors Water Run.. And When They Take A Shower, You Have To Turn Your T.V. Up And If You're Sleeping.. I've lived at Summit on Second for 4 years now. The location is unbeatable, Amenities are pretty good. The building is starting to show some wear and tear but overall, is a nice place to live.
