We pay $260 per month for access to a private garage for our vehicles. One of our vehicles was broken into over a month ago, and the management could not care less. They still have not followed up on our inquiry as to what might have happened. I understand that you can’t help with Kanas City’s crime issues, but you could at least show that you care. Unacceptable. We feel completely unsafe living here.
Came for a tour on Sunday. The tour was with Davin he did such a wonderful job showing us around and answering all questions.
Love the location. Apartment is nice and management has been friendly and helpful whenever I have needed anything.
The management at the property is very good. However, the complex has a lot of issues. The front gates are constantly getting repaired because of how often they are out of order. Additionally, the walls are very thin, so it is easy to hear the neighbors and people in the hallway. I have had several maintenance issues, including my closet floor being soaked with water due to condensation from the water heater, the fridge going out, the toilet leaking, and the dryer stopped working.
