Run away from renting here... They are trying to charged my partner over $800 to clean the stove top and the refrigerator door (outside surface only). She asked if she could hang frames on the walls, they said "yes no problem". She asked them, "should I fix the walls and paint them?", they said "don't worry, we will do that". Final invoice includes $200 for damages on the wall, I screwed 12 screws, that's it, I count them because I was going to fix them until she told me the office told her not to worry about that. My wife and I have lived here for a long time, and we absolutely love it. The staff is incredible - honestly, I don’t think you could find a better team anywhere else! Jesse, Milly, and Davin have been so helpful during our time here. For instance, Jesse recently went out of his way to help my wife with some difficult deliveries while I was out of town for work. A huge thank you to the entire team for always going above and beyond for us!

We live at Summit on Quality Hill and have had a great experience. The location is hard to beat—being right on Quality Hill makes it easy to walk to downtown, Power and Light, the River Market, and several great restaurants and parks. The apartments themselves are modern and spacious, and depending on your unit you can have some great views of the city. I toured Summit on Quality Hill when I was looking for a new home and absolutely loved it!! Spacious floorplan options, beautiful amenities, great location...but arguably the best part was my tour guide Davin!! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and super patient in answering all of my questions!! If you're looking for an apartment in KC stop by Summit on Quality Hill and talk to Davin!!

We've lived in our apartment at Summit Quality Hill since December 2020. Apartment staff have always been helpful, friendly, and responsive. This especially rings true for Gavin and Jesse as they go out of their way to help us out (some recent examples include moving a SUPER heavy package and corresponding with Evergy on our behalf to resolve an error).
