Wait Time Every time I've got it takes 30+ minutes to be seen. There's no one ever there, and I always hear the doctor talking outside the door for that entire time. Why is it taking so long for them to come see me for a quick 5 minute check up? Good question. If it weren't for the wait I would give them a 5 star because they are great people. They just love to chat and gossip in the hallway instead of seeing their patients.
Amazing staff! Everyone was so professional and kind. I felt so comfortable discussing my needs and felt respected. Everything was explained so that I could make the best decisions for my health and well-being, and I felt supported and heard every step of the way. Also had the best experience during lab work, easy, quick, and calm.
Super great care! The tech was so kind and helpful.
