It works just fine for us and our boat, White Parrot. It has floating docks, and we like the Aqua Sol Restaurant, too.
Owner refused to return calls - when I finally got I touch with him he told me I no longer owned the boat because it wasn't insured. He was misinformed. The boat was insured at the time.
