I was surprised that they managed to fit my entire oversized sectional through that narrow hallway without hitting the walls. It saved me a lot of time since I didn't have to take the feet off the sofa myself.
Ok, so I was fully ready for something to go wrong because that’s just how moving goes. But nothing did. Everything showed up, nothing was broken, and they were easy to deal with. Highly recommend them!
After our trade show ended, several display stands and banners needed to be taken down and moved out. While lifting one stand, a pole slipped and left a small scratch on the surface. The crew didn’t ignore it. They stopped, wrapped that piece more securely, and checked the others before continuing. They stayed on task and cleared the area without leaving a mess behind. I respected that they handled the small mistake directly instead of acting like it didn’t happen.
I usually do not leave reviews, but this experience was worth making an exception. I had about fifteen large boxes and seven pieces of furniture, including a really heavy, solid wood dresser. The team got everything wrapped and loaded in under three hours and then unloaded at my new place in another two hours. Five hours total for a full move is pretty impressive.
I am so glad I hired (Summit Moving & Services) to help with my move yesterday. The three guys they sent over were very polite, and they didn't take a single break until the entire truck was loaded. You should ask for them if you want a crew that stays focused on the job.
Five stars and a big thank you to Zayd. They didn't leave any scuff marks on the white walls of my new rental. They made sure everyone was extra careful around the tight corners in the hallway.
My old couch was too wide for the hallway, and I had already given away my other furniture, so I was stuck. Arnold from Summit Moving & Services looked at the couch for about ten seconds and then took the armrests off with a screwdriver he had in his pocket. We got it through with maybe an inch of space left.
