The entire move was well planned from the outset. They examined the house for items that needed to be moved and created a plan before they began. Someone put away unrefrigerated foodstuffs, others wrapped furniture, and another began packing boxes. That teamwork was a big part of the move, making it feel less rushed.
The people who came to help treated my home with care. Their manner felt genuine and thoughtful. I felt comfortable trusting them with my belongings throughout the move.
Got everything done without needing to be told twice. They stayed focused the whole time and didn't waste a second. I was honestly surprised by how smooth the whole thing went.
Today was a very long day, but Bennett helped make it go by a lot faster. They are very strong and managed my heavy oak desk with total ease.

The team worked through the entire job without cutting corners on any of the fragile items, and nothing came out of that truck damaged.
I had been putting off this move for weeks because the logistics felt overwhelming, especially with a few large items that I did not know how to transport safely, but once (Brian) came to take a look and explained how they would handle it, I stopped stressing and just let them do their job, everything arrived exactly as it left.
