I am a real estate attorney in Tampa. I regularly refer clients to a particular realtor and finally decided to enlist her to search for a new house. She referred me to Sarah Crickey and Mike Nehr to assist with obtaining a mortgage. The house we purchased was a short sale and needed a significant amount of repairs. This only made the lending side of things more difficult, but Sarah and Mike made the process seem like a breeze (behind the scenes, I am fairly certain it was anything but a breeze)!
I have had nothing but an awesome experience here with Summit Mortgage, I have went with them for our mortgage and now for our REFI on our motgage. Great people to deal with, they take away the stress for you. I would recommend Summit to everyone when needed.
I've financed 3 homes with Kristi Piatz. Never an issue. Once we were up against a closing deadline and she assured me she would work extra time to get it done and did just that. She has changed companies to find one that matches her high standards. Whenever I had questions I always heard back from her in very short time. Epitome of customer service. Her staff is just as polite, friendly and responsive. You won't find anyone better.
Summit is a fantastic company to work with, and I recommend them to anyone that is seeking assistance with mortgage financing.

Your entire company seems to very incompetent. Very predatory practices. Currently in legal proceedings with them. Department of Banking involved with the case as well. Be very weary of this company.
