Quickly identified multiple areas of home that had experienced damage prior to a remodel. Worked quickly in order to finish prior to scheduled remodel date.
Our water heater blew at 8pm and dumped 25* gallons of water into our carpeted basement before we noticed it and got the water off. I called Summit Mitigation and Oleg came by 30 minutes later to assess the damage and make a game plan. Summit made the whole process quick and efficient, Oleg was kind, professional, and transparent about the process. Pricing was fair as well. We’re incredibly grateful and will absolutely be using them again in the future if need be, and recommend them to our neighbors as well.
