I had a water leak, more than 1700 gallons, in my crawl space. I called many company's, all except Summit said they would get me on their schedule. Summit moved workers and equipment and had the pumps running within 2 hours of getting my call. I had to remove the water before I could repair the leak and return water to my house. . Summit treated my emergency as their emergency, they had my crawl space dry in 5 days. I can not say enough good things about the workers and the work they did.
Great experience working with Oleg and his team at Summit Mitigation Restoration. Very thorough and professional in their assessment and plan moving forward to solve our issues. I highly recommend them.
I highly recommend Summit Mitigation Restoration. Oleg and his team were very quick to respond and easy to work with. They thoroughly inspected the house for damage areas and quickly begun the mitigation process to minimize the impact of the water damage. They were very conscientious about what needed to be repaired and honest about what initially appeared to be a problem but turned out to be a false alarm. I will definitely use Summit in future if I need any flood mitigation services.
We had somewhat of an emergency situation in that we only had 24 hours to get our situation remedied. We were trying to get a house ready for a new tenant and needed mold from the shower removed. Oleg and his team we’re able to get the job done within the 24 hour timeframe. I was very impressed that they could do that and also they were very thorough and explained everything.
Summit mediation is a company with high standers. Their pricing was reasonable. Not like one company that over charged the insurance company. Their workers were communicative hard workers and honest. They showed up on time and worked while they were on the property. I can’t say enough good about this company and their integrity. If I ever have water damage again ( hope not) I would call them first.
